Aeroderivative gas turbines
With power output ranging from 13 to 100 MW and the ability to utilize a variety of fuels, GE's aeroderivative gas turbines cover all operating needs of clients. From fast starts and load following to get on the grid quickly, to high availability and reliability to keep the equipment online, GE tailor solutions to meet clients' demands. The modular package designs allow for shorter manufacturing cycles and faster installation times with less costs than field erected units. All of their units undergo rigorous factory testing after assembly and are ready for operation soon after arriving on site – translating into lower installation costs and shorter project schedules.
Gas Turbines - Heavy Duty
GE offers the widest range of heavy duty gas turbines available, ranging from 11 to 340 megawatts. GE supply machines for every utility, independent power producer, and industrial application, from pure power generation to cogeneration and district heating.
Gas Turbines – Small Heavy Duty
GE has been manufacturing gas turbines since the early 60s. The small heavy-duty gas turbines, ranging from 11.250 MW (GE10.1) to 11.982 MW (GE10.2), provide great flexibility (e.g., loads, fuels) with low emissions and high efficiency over a wide operating range. These factors, combined with long-life construction, can lower operating costs significantly. Compact and versatile package arrangements are optimized for maintenance "on-site" or at an authorized shop. The GE10-1 package is designed specifically for power generation applications and is optimized to minimize plant dimensions and to reduce maintenance cost and time. The GE10-2 package is specifically designed for all mechanical drive applications.
